How to prepare:

Preperation

• Slice tempeh wide and thin
• Mix well 70 gr kobe tepung tempe kriuk with 125 ml of water

Cooking instruction

• Dip tempeh in batter until everything coated evenly
• Fry until golden brown

Tips
Use a spoon to ensure tempeh is perfectly covered with batter and gently lower it into pan
Pour batter onto tempeh while frying to create extra coating & crumbs
